Assignment Description
We are currently looking for a Process Engineer / Validation Engineer
What You Will Work On
- Develop test protocols and validation documentation for production processes
- Plan, coordinate, and execute validation and qualification activities
- Support commissioning and readiness of new production lines
- Perform process and equipment qualification activities
- Execute testing and verification in production and cleanroom environments
- Collaborate closely with operators, production teams, and technical stakeholders
- Develop and improve validation strategies and execution methods
- Support transition from project phases into commercial operation
- Contribute to process optimization and operational stability
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality requirements
- Participate in troubleshooting and continuous process improvements
- Support documentation and knowledge transfer activities
What You Bring
- Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, or related field
- Experience as a Process Engineer and/or Validation Engineer within life sciences or production environments
- Experience working in GMP-regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing
- Experience operating in cleanroom and aseptic production environments
- Hands-on experience with qualification and validation activities (IQ/OQ/PQ)
- Strong ability to develop and write test and validation protocols
- Understanding of process equipment and production systems
- Experience working with control systems, tanks, freeze-drying processes, and oil-based processes
- Experience from industrial production lines and operational environments
- Knowledge of equipment and process qualification
- Understanding of project lifecycle phases including construction, qualification, and commercial operation
- Experience collaborating across technical and operational teams
- Structured and quality-focused approach to execution and documentation
