Assignment Description
We are currently looking for an experienced Data Analyst to support data-driven product development and performance measurement across digital products and markets.
What You Will Work On
- Establish and maintain product metrics, KPIs, and measurement frameworks
- Support data-driven product development and decision-making
- Collaborate with Product Managers and engineering teams on analytics initiatives
- Develop PowerBI dashboards for growth tracking and business reporting
- Enable stakeholders and markets to independently monitor performance
- Design and maintain complex PowerBI data models
- Integrate and analyze user, organization, and event-based data
- Analyze insights from web and product analytics platforms
- Track and report progress against OKRs and KPIs
- Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization
- Translate analytical findings into actionable recommendations
- Support governance and quality of reporting and analytics assets
What You Bring
- Strong skills in planning, coordination, and stakeholder management
- Excellent analytical capability with strong communication skills
- Proven experience working with analytics in digital product environments
- Experience collaborating closely with Product Managers and engineering teams
- Hands-on experience with web and app analytics tools, such as Mixpanel
- Strong experience building dashboards and data models in PowerBI
- Good SQL knowledge with ability to extract, structure, and analyze data
- Experience transforming analytics into business and product recommendations
- Ability to communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
