Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

  • Collaborate with the Digital Aftermarket team to align business and customer perspectives, ensuring efficient project delivery.
  • Act as a liaison among stakeholders, fostering cross-functional collaboration and alignment with the Product Manager’s vision.
  • Provide market analysis, competitive intelligence, and insights into customer needs and pain points to inform project direction.
  • Champion the MVP (Minimum Viable Product) approach within the team, defining minimum value and user-testable outputs.
  • Support the development of business requirements and user stories, including clarification of acceptance criteria.
  • Create and maintain high-quality Business Analyst artifacts to enhance the overall quality of digital products and services.

What You Bring:

  • Essential experience in Automotive Warranty, coupled with a background in Aftermarket, Quality, Automotive, Industrial, or similar industries.
  • Educational background in IT, Digital, Engineering, or related fields, with a focus on Business Analysis.
  • Deep technical and process-level knowledge, acquired through expert roles, customer support, or technical positions.
  • Proficiency in technology and IT processes, enabling effective collaboration with technical teams to address challenges.
  • Strong understanding of the MVP mindset and the value of short-term planning.
  • Skill in writing User Stories and decomposing work to drive prioritization.
  • Exceptional facilitation skills to guide team activities toward desired outcomes.
  • Effective communication skills, capable of conveying complex messages and trade-offs in a compelling manner.
  • Demonstrated leadership and influencing abilities, with confidence in explaining intricate processes or technical details to diverse audiences.
