CMF Program Designer

Job Description

We are looking for a Senior CMF Program Designer to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Support programs in creating CMF Design content and program facelifts.
• Assist in strategic design, projects, and sustainable solutions within CMF Design.
• Collaborate closely with CMF Specialists, engineers, Interior, Exterior, and UX Design teams.
• Collect inspiration, materials, and samples, creating mood boards.
• Conduct design trend research and benchmarking.
• Communicate CMF Design concepts within Design and Product Creation teams.
• Develop appealing color and material choices for customers.
• Prepare presentations for design proposals.

What you bring:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Textile Design, Fashion Design, Transportation Interior Design, Product Design, or Industrial Design.
• 2-6 years of experience in CMF design.
• Strong understanding of how colors and materials contribute to a product’s character.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, effective in group collaboration.
• Ability to comprehend and implement the product development process, creating new strategies.
• Knowledgeable in material development in collaboration with engineers and material developers.
• Innovative mindset for creating new CMF Design proposals.
• Proficiency in Adobe Package (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, VRED), Blender, Rhino, and Power Point.
• Strong team player with interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Self-driven, strategic thinker capable of handling multiple topics.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English.
