Embedded C Developer

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Embedded C Developer to join our team

What you will work on:

• Collaborate with a dedicated team on embedded software development, encompassing low-level drivers and platform development.
• Design, implement, and ensure the quality of software within our client’s products.
• Participate in influencing technical decisions, refining work processes, and contributing to new product concepts and features.
• Assume ownership of your primary project while sharing responsibility for overall project progress and compliance.
• Engage in software development primarily using C/C++, with elements of Python. Utilize Git and Jira for version control and project management.
• Take responsibility for your code, integrating it into the master codebase.
• Contribute to the entire development lifecycle, from idea generation and long-term planning to building technology platforms and participating in hardware and software releases.

What You Bring:

• Multiple years of experience in C programming, preferably in an embedded environment such as Linux.
• Familiarity with Git, Gerrit, Jira, Yocto/Bitbake.
• Knowledge of graphical libraries for Linux, including LGVL and Skia, is a valuable asset.
• Agile development experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Passion for programming and a commitment to producing maintainable, high-quality code.
• Ability to navigate the software development process, from brainstorming to delivering stable incremental releases.
• Inquisitive, technically inclined, and eager to tackle challenges collaboratively.
• Strong personal drive and enthusiasm for working in an environment characterized by openness, creativity, trust, commitment, playfulness, and encouragement.
