Functional Safety Engineer

Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Functional Safety Engineer to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Playing a crucial role in the development of safety-critical products, adhering to standards like ISO26262.
• Applying your Master’s degree in engineering and at least 3 years of documented experience to drive innovation.
• Collaborating within a team, demonstrating autonomy, drive, and teamwork as core competencies.
• Leveraging your excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken, to facilitate effective collaboration.
• Managing and supporting multiple activities, showcasing your exceptional time management skills.

What you bring:

• A Master’s degree or equivalent in engineering or technology.
• Minimum 3 years of documented experience in safety-critical product development, ideally conforming to ISO26262 or similar standards.
• Autonomy, a proactive approach, and strong teamwork capabilities.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Exceptional time management skills for effective multitasking.

Meritorious knowledge and experience:

• Background in the automotive industry.
• Expertise in low-level embedded software development using C.
• Familiarity with version management tools.
• Strong understanding of electronics.
• Knowledge of Infineon Aurix.
• Experience in motor control.
• Understanding of AUTOSAR and Diagnostics.
