Industrial Project Planner

Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Industrial Project Planner to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Lead the planning of an extensive industrial project, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure effective project planning.
• Define hierarchies of plans and manage dependencies between them to create a comprehensive master project plan.
• Own and manage the master project plan, overseeing the project gateway process.
• Provide support to team leaders in developing their sub-area plans.
• Utilize the Planisware tool for project planning.
• Continuously improve industrial project planning processes in collaboration with a cross-functional team.
• Gather stakeholder (user) feedback and conduct efficiency analysis to enhance the way-of-working.

What You Bring:

• Extensive experience in large-scale, long lead time industrial project planning.
• Proficiency in one or several planning tools, such as Planisware, MS Project, and Primavera.
• Expertise in facilitating collaboration between teams and management using lean and agile development methodologies.
• Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail, bringing structure and clarity to complex projects.
• Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
