Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Integration Expert to join our dynamic team.

What You Will Work On:

  • Be part of a diverse team working on the SAP SuccessFactors rollout and the existing P&C IT landscape.
  • Support, maintain, and monitor integrations, and build local/central integrations in our in-house developed integration & data hub (HR Hub).
  • Work with new and existing applications to ensure seamless integration.
  • Coordinate with several IT service delivery organizations to support the business.
  • Collaborate with the Integration team to prioritize activities and work with other streams such as Test and Data Migration.
  • Work closely with the product owner and development team for the HR Hub.
  • Analyze, design, test, and deploy integrations using various tools and technologies.
  • Support, troubleshoot, and monitor existing integrations between SAP SuccessFactors, existing applications, and HR Hub.
  • Contribute to planning integration-related activities for both local and central integrations.
  • Optimize and improve performance and reliability of existing integrations.
  • Document and maintain the integration architecture and code.

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as an integration developer or in a similar role.
  • Experience working with agile methods and tools.
  • Familiarity with various integration methods such as API and SFTP.
  • Proficiency in coding languages such as JSON, SQL (e.g., MySQL, TSQL).
  • Knowledge of XML or similar standards.
  • Understanding of functional and technical integration design and information modeling.
  • Familiarity with the software development life cycle and methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and a quality-oriented mindset.
  • Fluent in English.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with other scripting languages like JavaScript, Groovy, etc.
  • Experience with systems in the HR/People & Culture area.
  • Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors.
