Motor Test Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Motor Test Engineer to join our team

What you will work on:

• Perform critical engine testing by operating heavy vehicles with trailers, meticulously logging engine performance data, and ensuring adherence to test protocols.
• Utilize your C++ and Python programming skills to analyze test data, extract meaningful insights, and generate comprehensive reports detailing test results and observations.
• Collaborate closely with mechanics and drivers to develop a profound understanding of Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) as it pertains to engine behavior, ensuring compliance with safety and performance standards.

What You Bring:

• A valid driving license for category CE (heavy vehicle with trailer).
• Proficiency in C++ and Python programming languages.
• A strong command of Polarion for efficient sample documentation management.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with mechanics, drivers, and cross-functional teams.
• A curious and analytical mindset with keen attention to detail.
• A genuine passion for heavy vehicles and engines, coupled with a steadfast commitment to safety and quality.
• The ability to employ Problem Solving by Elimination, a systematic method used to identify correct solutions by eliminating incorrect or improbable options or choices, to achieve optimal team results.Create and implement software solutions that meet  needs and requirements.
