.Net Backend Developer
Job Description
We are looking for a Senior .Net Backend Developer to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Join a dynamic team responsible for developing the technological infrastructure for transition from a traditional retail model to a direct-to-consumer agent model.
- Collaborate on building a comprehensive solution that enables retailers in Sweden, Norway, and Japan to effectively sell cars in this evolving business landscape.
- Contribute to technical developments critical for future in the retail automotive industry.
- Work within the Future Retail & Assisted Shopping (FRAS) Cluster, a key component of the Commercial Digital Area.
What You Bring:
- Proficiency in Backend Development, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in .NET/C#.
- Solid background in unit testing, utilizing tools like xUnit, NSubstitute, and AutoFixture.
- Strong SQL skills, and familiarity with Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server.
- Experience with ASP.NET Core and Entity Framework Core is essential.
- Bonus points for prior work with queue systems, specifically Rabbit MQ.
- Knowledge of Docker is advantageous.
- Familiarity with CI & CD practices.
- Git proficiency is mandatory.
- Exposure to Azure and Kubernetes is a plus.
Personal Attributes:
- Exceptional communication skills in Swedish and English; proficiency in Japanese or Norwegian is an additional asset.
- Proven experience in leading technical projects.
- Proactive, inquisitive, and solution-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to engage in the entire development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and client interactions to development, testing, deployment, technical support, and retrospective assessments.
- Fluency in both English and Swedish is required.
