Project Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Manage and oversee both large and small IT projects across various domains, including infrastructure, service implementations, decommissioning, and occasional involvement in business development initiatives.

What you bring:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a project manager with a strong background in IT.
• Possess a solid understanding of IT concepts and technologies.
• Demonstrated experience in project management and a genuine enthusiasm for working within a project-oriented framework.
• Hold a relevant post-secondary IT education or have acquired equivalent competence through alternative means.
• Proficiency in both spoken and written Swedish and English, coupled with excellent knowledge of Office tools.
• Experience working within IT infrastructure organizations.
• Exhibit clear communication skills and the ability to foster commitment and participation within project teams. Capable of distilling complex information and exercising judgment in actions and decisions.
• Possess basic competence in IT infrastructure and familiarity with technical terminology. Capable of engaging in meaningful dialogue with technicians while translating technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Jira is a plus.

Merit Requirements:

• Previous experience in the banking and finance sector is considered advantageous.
