Senior Avaloq ACCP Technical Support

Job Description

We are looking for a Senior ACCP Technical Support to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Fulfill the role of an L2 Technical Support ACCP Developer, equipped with Avaloq certification (Avaloq Certified Professional), to provide crucial technical support and development expertise.
• Collaborate effectively within an international team, comprising both native and non-native English speakers, necessitating fluency in English for seamless communication.
• Leverage your educational background, with a university degree (or equivalent) in computer science or engineering, to contribute to technical excellence.
• Apply your knowledge and understanding of relational databases, particularly Oracle, and showcase your proficiency in debugging within Avaloq/Oracle environments.
• Play an active role in maintaining technical documentation and demonstrating strong presentation skills adaptable to diverse audiences.
• Demonstrate exceptional communication skills, fostering effective interactions and teamwork within the group.

What You Bring:

• Avaloq certification as an ACCP Developer, affirming your specialized proficiency in Avaloq.
• A university degree (or equivalent) in computer science or engineering, highlighting your strong technical foundation.
• The ability to work collaboratively within an international team, underlining your fluency in English.
• Beneficial investments and/or banking education, enhancing your understanding of industry-specific requirements.
• A solid grasp of relational databases, particularly Oracle, coupled with hands-on experience in debugging within Avaloq/Oracle environments.
