Software Integration Functional Tester
Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Software Integration Functional Tester to join our team in the automotive industry.
What you will work on:
- Conduct functional testing of software components to ensure their compatibility and integration within the vehicle’s system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software developers, engineers, and quality assurance experts, to identify and resolve integration issues.
- Utilize SAFe and Agile methodologies to plan and execute integration tests within the software development life cycle.
- Complete Hällered Driving Education, preferably at T2 and T3 levels, to demonstrate competence in vehicle testing and handling.
- Document test results, generate reports, and provide clear and concise feedback to the development team.
- Continuously analyze and improve testing processes, utilizing data-driven insights to enhance software integration efficiency.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in automotive software integration.
What you bring:
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc.) in Electrical Engineering or a related field; an M.Sc. is preferred.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Proficiency in SAFe and Agile methodologies.
- Possession of a Swedish driver’s license with a good driving track record.
- Proven experience in software system development and testing.
- Deep understanding of vehicle development processes and systems.
- Completion of Hällered Driving Education, with a preference for T2 and T3 levels.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Energetic, engaging, and data-driven with a genuine passion for automobiles.
