Solution Architect

Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Solution Architect to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Take overall responsibility for orchestrating the architecture of our new meeting place for independent actors.
• Develop and establish the foundational framework for new infrastructure, integrations, and B2B solutions, while overseeing the decommissioning of existing systems.
• Collaborate with Enterprise architects, solution architects, product management, and teams across various sections, units, and departments to make informed architecture decisions.
• Gain familiarity with the development components of the product, including those within the Independent Actors unit and the Strategy section.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and promptly escalate challenges when needed.
• Act as a change catalyst in cross-organizational improvement initiatives.
• Serve as a role model and mentor for consultants at a junior level.
• Take charge of a sub-area, potentially leading a smaller group.
• Demonstrate autonomy in work execution.
• Utilize your comprehensive understanding of large and complex system environments and information modeling.
• Skillfully document and communicate architectural concepts.
• Leverage your experience as a solution architect, emphasizing data, process modeling, and system architecture.
• Apply your expertise in integration solutions between applications/systems.
• Implement your competence gained from working with public activities, authorities, or non-profit organizations.
• Facilitate effective communication in both Swedish and English, verbally and in writing.

What you bring:

• Minimum 3 years of university education with a computer focus, or equivalent knowledge acquired through alternative means, like a master’s degree in computer engineering.
• Extensive experience in large and complex system environments and information modeling.
• Proficiency in documentation and communication skills.
• Proven track record as a solution architect, including data and process modeling and system architecture.
• Competence and experience in integration solutions between applications/systems.
• Experience in public activities, authorities, or non-profit organizations.
• Proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

Desirable Skills:

• Familiarity with case and decision platforms (e.g., PEGA), PrimeArch, Kubernetes, and/or container technologies.
• Experience in agile methodologies, preferably with certifications (Scrum, Kanban, SAFEe, DevOps, CI/CD).
• Knowledge of architecture frameworks and experience in target architecture development.
• Strong drive, excellent organization, and ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
• Skilled in managing complex relationships, dependencies, and factors influencing projects.
• Delivery-focused mindset, adept at engaging and leading meetings, workshops, and collaborations.
• Proactive in establishing connections with relevant stakeholders across the organization.
