Consultant: We collect and process personal information provided by you, your representative, or your supplier to handle your request for a work order as a consultant, including any subsequent orders and the necessary information to enter into a contract. This data may also include all the information required for the duration of your work order, contract, and the delivery of your services to our clients. Applicant for a Position: When you use our service platforms, apply for a job posted for a specific position, or participate in the hiring process, we collect the personal information you provide us. This includes your first and last name, email address, phone number, city, roles, language proficiency, personal description, CV files, and other attachments related to your career path, work history, or education. Whether you apply through an external job board or directly contact one of our recruiters, we ensure the secure handling and processing of your personal data. Number, address, phone number, date of birth, position, level of education, prior employment history, salary, taxes, and time sheets.  When you get into a long-term commercial connection with us as a civil contractor or employee, you give us with personal information that is required for various agreements, such as employment agreements, civil employment contracts, or business-to-business agreements. This information is typically shared when applying for a benefit program or in case they need to contact you regarding their employment or handle emergency situations at work.
