Job Description

Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior UX Designer to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

  • Design intuitive, scalable digital tools that help teams apply strategies across multiple customer touchpoints
  • Transform complex workflows into simple, user-friendly solutions that align user needs with business goals
  • Collaborate closely with developers, researchers, and product leads to ensure cohesive design outcomes
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and design validation to uncover insights and guide decisions
  • Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback and data to enhance usability and impact
  • Contribute to a culture of learning, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the design community

What you bring:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a UX Designer with a strong foundation in user-centered design
  • Proficiency in wireframing, prototyping, and design system implementation
  • Hands-on experience with Figma, Framer, and Miro
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working effectively in cross-functional teams
  • A curious, empathetic, and feedback-driven mindset with a passion for crafting exceptional user experiences
