Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior IBM MDM Developer to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Develop the product in alignment with defined requirements, coding standards, and quality guidelines.
• Collaborate closely with the Scrum team and members of the Agile Release Train (ART) to ensure effective issue resolution and knowledge sharing.
• Actively participate in refining requirements, defining user stories, and breaking them into actionable tasks using industry best practices.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing insights, proposing optimizations, and ensuring scalability and maintainability of solutions.

What you bring:

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in designing and developing IBM Master Data Management (MDM) solutions.
• Strong proficiency in Java, PL/SQL, SQL, and CSS.
• Proven experience with Java Web Services and advanced Excel skills for data handling and analysis.
• Solid understanding of Master Data Management (MDM) principles, particularly deduplication and data quality management.
• Experience working in agile environments, collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Professional fluency in English (written and spoken).
