Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior IBM MDM Developer to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Develop the product in alignment with defined requirements, coding standards, and quality guidelines.
Collaborate closely with the Scrum team and members of the Agile Release Train (ART) to ensure effective issue resolution and knowledge sharing.
Actively participate in refining requirements, defining user stories, and breaking them into actionable tasks using industry best practices.
Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing insights, proposing optimizations, and ensuring scalability and maintainability of solutions.

What you bring:

Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in designing and developing IBM Master Data Management (MDM) solutions.
Strong proficiency in Java, PL/SQL, SQL, and CSS.
Proven experience with Java Web Services and advanced Excel skills for data handling and analysis.
Solid understanding of Master Data Management (MDM) principles, particularly deduplication and data quality management.
Experience working in agile environments, collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Professional fluency in English (written and spoken).
