Job Description

Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior AI Developer to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

  • Develop AI-driven prototypes and solutions focused on language and text technologies.
  • Collaborate in a small, high-performing innovation team to rapidly test ideas and build working concepts.
  • Apply AI, machine learning, and natural language processing techniques to create innovative language technology solutions.
  • Contribute to the design, implementation, and fine-tuning of language models (LLMs) and prompt engineering workflows.
  • Transform concepts into functional prototypes through iterative development and rapid experimentation.

What you bring:

  • Strong programming skills, primarily in Python and C#.
  • Experience in AI development roles such as AI expert, ML engineer, or similar.
  • Knowledge of or interest in language models, prompt engineering, and fine-tuning.
  • Genuine interest in language, text, and communication technologies.
  • Ability to work independently, be curious, and contribute creatively in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
  • Fluent in English and Swedish.
