Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Requirement Analyst to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Lead and drive requirements work within agile system development projects.
- Capture, analyze, and document requirements as epics, user stories, personas, and use cases.
- Organize and communicate requirements to relevant stakeholders with clear acceptance criteria.
- Maintain and prioritize the backlog in collaboration with product owners.
- Actively participate in sprint planning, refinement, demos, and retrospectives.
- Plan and execute functional and non-functional tests, including creating advanced test data and analyzing results.
- Participate in integration tests between different organizations’ IT environments.
- Document requirements and test artifacts in Confluence and support agile workflows using Jira.
- Contribute to knowledge transfer and improvement of team working methods.
- Collaborate closely with CSN’s client, demonstrating high availability and the ability to work independently in a complex environment.
What you bring:
- At least 10 years of experience in requirements management and testing within systems development or systems management.
- Deep understanding and expertise in requirements capture, analysis, modeling, and producing agile artifacts.
- Experience in testing both front-end and back-end systems, including accessibility requirements.
- Proven experience in providing guidance, support, and mentoring to other requirements and development roles.
- Expertise in functional and non-functional testing, including planning, test design, and execution.
- Experience with integration testing across multiple IT environments.
- Strong knowledge of database management and test data generation, including SQL.
- Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience with financial systems, public sector projects, or large IT organizations is an advantage.
- Familiarity with scaled agile environments, microservices, container technologies, and frontend testing (e.g., Angular).
- Experience with API testing tools (Bruno, SoapUI, Swagger) and log analysis tools (QMF, IBM Datastudio, Xray, QC, Camunda Cockpit, Splunk).
- Proficiency in Jira and Confluence in agile workflows.
- Scrum Master experience, REQB/IREB certification, or agile role training is a plus.
