Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Product Owner to join our dynamic team.
What You Will Work On
- Define and drive the product vision and strategic roadmap for a global TIA platform supporting HSE, Corporate Security, and Fire & Safety
- Act as a Business Analyst to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into clear product backlog items
- Lead process development and governance to ensure platform consistency, compliance, and operational excellence across global entities
- Manage stakeholder alignment across multiple organizations and secure business value delivery through prioritization and roadmap planning
- Coordinate and support onboarding, rollout activities, and platform adoption for new business units
- Facilitate global governance forums and communities of practice to drive collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement
- Ensure effective configuration management and documentation throughout the platform lifecycle
- Enable data-driven decision-making by improving access to platform data for analytics, reporting, and insights
- Evaluate new opportunities to expand the TIA platform as a scalable, common global solution
What You Bring
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst in a global or complex enterprise environment
- Strong understanding of governance frameworks, business process development, and change management
- Demonstrated ability to manage product backlogs, define requirements, and prioritize based on business value
- Experience working with cross-functional and international stakeholder groups
- Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to bridge business and technical perspectives
- Ability to drive alignment across diverse stakeholders while maintaining clarity and momentum
- Experience working with data platforms or enabling business insights through analytics is an advantage
- Knowledge of HSE, Security, or Compliance domains is a plus
- Familiarity with Agile ways of working and product development best practices
