Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior IT Solution Engineer to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on
- Interface with business stakeholders to gather and understand solution requirements
- Design, deliver, and maintain scalable and efficient IT solutions using COTS or custom technologies
- Provide technical leadership and drive solution delivery from concept to deployment
- Define detailed functional and non-functional requirements and system specifications
- Collaborate with product teams to ensure solution performance and availability
- Ensure compliance with architecture standards, guidelines, and quality frameworks
- Lead lifecycle management and propose improvements to existing solutions
- Solve complex technical issues in collaboration with business and IT teams
- Conduct technology evaluations, proof-of-concepts (PoCs), and tech watch activities
- Document solution design, system behavior, and requirement changes including legal and customer-related needs
What you bring
- Minimum 7 years of experience in IT solution development
- Strong background in full-stack development using .NET and working knowledge of React and TypeScript
- Hands-on experience with DevSecOps practices including coding, CI/CD pipelines, Git/GitHub
- Proven experience as a Tech Lead or similar leadership role
- Good understanding of modern software architectures and cloud-native concepts
- Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and secure development practices
- Experience working in agile product teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Advanced English language skills (written and spoken)
