Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Develop, configure, and enhance solutions within Salesforce Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud
- Design and implement integrations using Salesforce APIs and external systems
- Translate business requirements into robust technical solutions with a focus on performance and maintainability
- Collaborate with product owners, architects, and other developers to ensure aligned and efficient deliveries
- Implement best practices for development, security, and deployment in Salesforce
- Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes, tools, and architecture
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and security standards within financial services
- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and agile ceremonies
- Provide technical guidance to colleagues and support knowledge sharing across teams
What you bring:
- Proven experience in Salesforce development
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Strong understanding of Salesforce integrations and API frameworks
- Background in banking or financial services
- Experience working in large organizations with complex data models and regulatory requirements
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of solutions
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge business and technical perspectives
- Fluent in Swedish and English, spoken and written
Meritorious experience:
- Salesforce certifications (e.g. Platform Developer, Marketing Cloud Developer)
- Experience with Java or other backend programming languages
- Knowledge of governance, data protection, and compliance within financial environments
