Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Global Product Owner to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Represent the organization in the global product owner structure, ensuring that TIA/AFA deliveries meet internal standards and business requirements
- Define and communicate the strategic roadmap for TIA in alignment with global objectives and business priorities
- Drive development, governance and continuous improvement of global TIA processes and usage standards
- Lead implementation of new legal entities and organizations in TIA, including system setup, data structures and access management
- Ensure consistent and compliant usage of TIA across markets and functions
- Lead onboarding, training and change management activities for local coordinators and new users
- Facilitate and lead global TIA forums, governance networks and stakeholder alignment initiatives
- Enable data accessibility from TIA for analytics and reporting, including important regulatory and sustainability areas such as CSRD
- Drive strategic discussions related to the long-term evolution of TIA, including potential expansion as a group-wide platform
- Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, business functions and global process owners to secure scalable and future-proof solutions
What you bring:
- Proven experience working with TIA or IA systems in a complex international environment
- Strong background in IT systems, digital platforms and enterprise process management
- Demonstrated ability to lead global governance structures, forums and cross-functional collaboration
- Experience in process development, implementation and compliance management
- Strong analytical and strategic mindset with the ability to enable data-driven decision-making
- Experience managing complex organizational and legal structures across multiple entities
- Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English
- Ability to manage stakeholders at senior and operational levels, with strong influencing and leadership capabilities
- Structured, proactive and business-oriented approach with a focus on results and long-term value
