Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Software Developer to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Develop high-performance software for signal processing and sensor calibration within complex autonomous systems
- Analyse, troubleshoot and optimize software both in simulation environments and on test rigs and test vehicles
- Implement real-time software solutions running on Linux-based embedded platforms
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional team members including software developers and sensor technology experts
- Contribute to architecture discussions and influence technical decisions across adjacent teams
- Participate in agile development workflows and continuous improvement activities
- Ensure code quality through reviews, automated testing and CI/CD pipelines
What you bring:
- Proven professional experience in software development with C++
- Solid background in Linux environments and real-time systems
- Experience working with agile software development practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured way of working
- Ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional and multicultural teams
- Proactive mindset with a willingness to share knowledge and explore new technologies
- Passion for innovation in autonomous systems and safety-critical environments
- Experience or strong interest in perception sensors such as camera, lidar or radar
- Familiarity with automotive platforms such as Nvidia DRIVE, Qualcomm or Ambarella is an advantage
- Experience with CI/CD, cloud technologies or simulation tools is an asset
- Fluent communication skills in English, both spoken and written
- Willingness to occasionally work with test rigs in a lab and test vehicles in controlled environments
