Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Project Manager -Industrial Installation to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Coordinate installation activities onsite at the new factory in Ludvika
- Act as the primary link between the customer and the construction contractor during installation phases
- Develop, maintain and ensure execution of installation plans in collaboration with the construction contractor
- Support the project manager in installation-related tasks within industrial investment projects
- Manage and align installation requirements from subcontractors supplying and installing machinery
- Plan and participate in Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT)
- Ensure that installation activities follow safety, quality and timeline requirements
- Contribute to both strategic preparation and hands-on execution during installation phases
- Drive structured follow-up and reporting of installation progress
What you bring:
- Engineering degree in a relevant technical field
- Minimum 6 years of documented experience in project management of industrial installations
- Strong coordination skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders in complex projects
- Proven ability to work structured, proactively and independently
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across disciplines
- Experience working onsite in industrial environments
- Advantageous experience with FAT and SAT processes
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
- Strong focus on safety, quality and delivery precision
