Senior Product Owner - 14001

Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Product Owner to join our dynamic team.

What You Will Work On:

Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
Manage and prioritize the product backlog to balance new development and support needs.
Act as the key link between stakeholders, development teams, and end users.
Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring clear communication of requirements.
Make critical decisions regarding product direction, features, and priorities.
Provide operational support by managing and resolving support tickets in a timely manner.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve issues efficiently.
Maintain and update user documentation, FAQs, and knowledge bases.
Gather user feedback to identify improvement opportunities and influence future development.
Deliver user training and ensure ongoing support to enhance product adoption and satisfaction.

What You Bring:

Proven experience as a Product Owner or Support Coordinator.
In-depth knowledge of the Quinyx system and its functionalities.
Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and backlog management.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to analyze, prioritize, and translate business needs into actionable technical requirements.
Hands-on experience in incident management, troubleshooting, and user support.
Structured, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Fluent in English; Swedish is an advantage.
