Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Feature Leader / Expert Engineer to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Define requirements and verification methods to validate feature-level performance according to project objectives.
- Translate product targets into measurable, quantifiable feature requirements in collaboration with the project team.
- Develop and manage verification and validation plans to ensure feature functionality and quality.
- Lead and maintain feature development across brands, segments, markets, and applications
- Drive the evolution of feature knowledge over time, ensuring consistency, scalability, and continuous improvement.
- Coordinate feature synchronization across multiple projects and ensure alignment with product and platform strategies.
- Continuously refine test methods and design requirements to reflect customer usage and expectations.
- Ensure brand and application differentiation through clear definition and management of feature performance.
- Provide input to feature roadmaps and support long-term technical strategy within the feature domain.
- Build and manage networks across global teams to strengthen collaboration, innovation, and technical excellence.
- Contribute actively to business development and innovation initiatives related to feature engineering.
What you bring:
- Minimum 12 years of experience in feature engineering, systems development, or related technical domains.
- Recognized expertise in defining and managing feature-level requirements, verification, and validation processes.
- Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional feature development within global organizations.
- Deep understanding of customer requirements, system integration, and product lifecycle management.
- Strong experience developing verification strategies and translating technical insights into business value.
- Demonstrated leadership in mentoring, knowledge sharing, and building technical capabilities across teams.
- Up-to-date awareness of industry trends and ability to connect emerging technologies to business opportunities.
- Strong internal and external network, recognized as a thought leader and the wider industry.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
