Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior DORA Project Manager to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Develop and implement test strategies and test programs related to the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA).
• Drive initiatives within operational resilience, vulnerability analysis, and risk management.
• Manage and oversee areas such as DUST, SATS, and Open Source.
• Establish routines, policies, and structures for external risk monitoring.
• Lead, prioritize, and coordinate activities across multiple stakeholders and teams.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and security requirements within a complex IT environment.
• Contribute to both strategic planning and hands-on implementation of resilience and security measures.

What you bring:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management or test management within IT.
• Proven experience working with DORA or similar regulatory frameworks.
• Strong understanding of IT security, risk management, and compliance.
• Ability to drive and deliver results in complex, cross-functional organizations.
• Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English.
• Experience from the finance or insurance sector is meritorious.
• Relevant project management or test management certifications (e.g. PMP, IPMA, PRINCE2, ISTQB) are an advantage.
• Experience in operational resilience, cybersecurity, or incident management is beneficial.
• Familiarity with EU regulatory requirements and DORA application processes is an asset.
