Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior BI Platform Specialist to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Manage and maintain the SAS data and analytics platform, ensuring stability, performance, and compliance with internal governance policies.
- Contribute strategically and operationally to the modernization and transition toward a cloud-based data and analytics platform.
- Collaborate closely with infrastructure suppliers to manage and optimize all components of the SAS platform throughout their lifecycle.
- Support development teams in building and maintaining data and analytics solutions on the SAS platform.
- Analyze business needs, develop platform solutions, and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and functionality.
- Lead and facilitate internal SAS User Forums to promote knowledge sharing and alignment across teams.
- Perform operational tasks such as data integrations, certificate management, permission handling, and file storage optimization.
What you bring:
- Several years of experience working with SAS in large-scale organizational environments.
- Solid understanding of SAS platform architecture, administration, and lifecycle management.
- Experience working with role-based authorization systems and managing access permissions.
- Proven ability to conduct and interpret SAS Content Assessment results.
- Knowledge of cloud-based container solutions and related technologies.
- Proficiency in Linux operating systems and experience managing platform-level operations.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and solution-oriented mindset.
- Ability to structure, analyze, and break down complex assignments into actionable tasks and deliver results.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across IT and business functions
