Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Drive the development and improvement of the client’s intranet and internal communication platforms.
- Review, update, and quality assure existing materials such as interviews, personas, and requirements documentation.
- Translate business and user needs into clear, traceable technical requirements for continued development.
- Take a holistic view of the requirements landscape and create structure in a complex, global organization with many users and roles.
- Prioritize and maintain requirements in specifications, process flows, and product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement and agile delivery.
- Contribute to enhancing user experience and internal communication efficiency across markets.
What you bring:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role within a large global organization.
- Hands-on and proactive approach — a doer who takes ownership and drives progress.
- Strong ability to structure, document, and prioritize complex requirements.
- Experience conducting user research, including personas, user journeys, interviews, and needs analysis.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications that development teams can execute.
- Previous experience working with intranets, internal communication platforms, or related systems.
- Skilled in managing collaboration across international environments with diverse user groups.
- Independent, communicative, and confident in leading your own workstreams.
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
- Advantageous if you have experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
- Experience with SharePoint, Microsoft 365, or similar platforms is a strong plus.
- Background in UX, product management, or change management is considered meritorious
