Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Test Coordinator to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Lead and coordinate vehicle dynamics testing within truck development, ensuring efficient use of engineering and workshop resources.
Plan and manage both day-to-day and long-term testing activities, aligning vehicles, resources, and assignments to project requirements.
Collaborate closely with product development teams to secure vehicle dynamics test requirements within the organization and the wider group.
Ensure that all testing activities are executed with high quality, efficiency, and adherence to project timelines.
Drive continuous improvement of testing methods, workflows, and documentation to optimize development and validation processes.
Contribute to cross-functional collaboration between test, design, and simulation teams to achieve vehicle performance targets.

What you bring:

MSc in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical background.
Proven experience coordinating or managing vehicle or component testing within automotive development.
Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to balance multiple projects.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
Knowledge of vehicle dynamics principles and test methods is highly meritorious.
Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
