Job Description

Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior PLM Business Analyst to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

  • Act as the bridge between business and IT, translating user needs into clear, actionable requirements.
  • Support the transition to 3DEXPERIENCE, replacing the current CATIA/ENOVIA V5 environment.
  • Collaborate in an agile delivery organization, working closely with process owners, developers, and designers.
  • Develop and enhance methods and processes within 3DEXPERIENCE Engineering Change Management (ECM), focusing on:
  • Maturity: Ensuring accurate product status throughout the design lifecycle.
  • Lifecycle: Structuring data evolution from creation to release.
  • Version Management: Maintaining traceability and consistency across revisions.
  • Change Note Information: Supporting structured documentation of engineering changes.
  • Review & Approve Flow: Enabling controlled review and release of product data.

What you bring:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, IT, or Business.
  • Strong understanding of product development processes and PLM/CAD systems (preferably 3DEXPERIENCE).
  • Experience working as a Business Analyst in an agile environment.
  • Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English.

Meritorious experience in:

  • CATIA V5 or similar design tools.
  • 3DX – Technical Documentation / Mechanical Design.
  • Previous experience with the customer or Traton Group.
