Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Analyze business requirements and map end-to-end processes to support the development of a new retail inventory management solution
- Ensure effective integration of the new system with existing order management, supply chain, and inventory replenishment platforms
- Collaborate with operations teams, development groups, and external suppliers to translate business needs into clear and actionable technical specifications
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to align stakeholders and create consensus on solution design and priorities
- Document requirements, track progress, and follow up to ensure solutions meet defined business goals and operational needs
- Support testing, validation, and implementation activities to secure successful deployment of the solution
- Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying process gaps, risks, and opportunities for optimization
What you bring:
- Proven experience in managing and documenting business requirements for IT and system implementation projects in large organizations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience collaborating with IT vendors, technical teams, and business stakeholders
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across both business and technical domains
- Deep understanding of logistics, retail operations, and unified commerce environments
- Structured, methodical, and organized working style, capable of handling complex project contexts
- Fluency in both spoken and written Swedish and English
- Advantageous experience in regulatory operations or logistics systems
- 2–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Requirements Analyst within IT-focused projects
- Familiarity with store operations, supply chain processes, or VMS (Vendor Management Systems)
- Background in retail or pharmacy operations is considered a strong merit
