Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Project Quality Engineer to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Act as Project Quality Manager and serve as a sub-project manager responsible for all quality-related activities within assigned delivery projects.
- Develop, implement, and maintain project-specific quality plans in alignment with customer contracts, internal standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Lead the project quality group, manage the quality budget, and ensure adherence to the project’s quality activity schedule.
- Monitor and report deviations from the company’s quality management system to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
- Provide quality guidance and support to the project team, including handling deviations, error reports, Quality Gates, and Lessons Learned.
- Act as the primary contact for quality matters, facilitating communication and coordination between the customer, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Drive and monitor Quality Control and Quality Assurance activities throughout the project lifecycle to ensure delivery excellence.
- Participate in international business trips to customer sites and subcontractors to oversee and align quality processes.
What you bring:
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with a customer-focused, results-oriented mindset.
- Experience in quality control and assurance, preferably within project-based environments.
- Background in project work, with experience as a project manager or sub-project manager considered an advantage.
- Proficiency in Swedish and English (spoken and written); additional language skills are a plus.
- Academic degree such as a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Quality or a technical discipline, or equivalent professional experience in the quality field.
- Knowledge of gas turbines and related products is beneficial, though not required — training will be provided.
- Strong organizational and analytical abilities, with the capacity to lead quality initiatives across multifunctional and international project teams
