Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Power BI Developer to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI to support data-driven decision-making.
- Build and optimize data models, DAX calculations, and datasets for performance and scalability.
- Develop and automate business processes using Power Apps and Power Automate within the Microsoft Power Platform.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into robust technical solutions.
- Administer and maintain Power Platform environments, including security, data governance, and integrations.
- Work with integrations involving Microsoft services (e.g. Dataverse, Teams, SharePoint) and third-party APIs.
- Ensure proper documentation, testing, and deployment through Azure DevOps and Git.
- Lead and mentor junior developers, sharing best practices and fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- Contribute to defining BI and Power Platform architecture standards and governance frameworks.
What you bring:
- Extensive hands-on experience with the Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate).
- Strong understanding of SharePoint Online, including lists, libraries, and modern interfaces.
- Experience with Dataverse and data management in cloud-based environments.
- Working knowledge of C#, .NET, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS for custom integrations and extensions.
- Proficiency with version control and development tools such as Azure DevOps and Git.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions.
- Relevant academic degree; Power Platform certifications are considered an advantage.
