Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Project Manager – Business Development to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Lead cross-functional business development projects involving IT development, process improvement, and change management.
- Manage business development initiatives with a strong focus on digitalization and process optimization.
- Prepare and execute detailed project plans, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines.
- Conduct feasibility studies in collaboration with stakeholders from relevant business areas.
- Develop clear and comprehensive requirement specifications for IT tool development.
- Drive change management activities to ensure successful project adoption and sustainable results.
- Provide regular project reporting to sponsors, steering groups, PMO, and management teams.
- Support implementation and follow-up in partnership with sponsors and key stakeholders.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by sharing best practices and developing effective work methods.
What you bring:
- Proven experience in managing projects within large, global organizations.
- Strong facilitation skills with the ability to lead workshops, synthesize outcomes, and present results clearly.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills in both English and Swedish.
- Solid background in IT and process development projects.
- Demonstrated expertise in driving change management in complex environments.
- Good understanding of business systems such as SAP and SFDC (Salesforce)
