Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Develop and enhance software applications using TypeScript, NestJS for backend, and React for frontend.
- Collaborate closely with UX and design teams to ensure seamless user experiences.
- Recommend robust technical solutions aligned with business objectives, user flows, and system architecture.
- Take ownership of application deployment, operations, and maintenance, driving continuous improvement in quality, functionality, and efficiency.
- Contribute to the team’s DevOps activities, participating in the scheduled rotation for operations responsibility.
- Present and demonstrate technical solutions to stakeholders and broader audiences.
- Foster a collaborative team environment with a coaching mindset, supporting knowledge sharing and peer development.
What you bring:
- Proven track record as a team player with strong ownership, accountability, and delivery focus.
- University degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience as an Application Developer or Architect.
- Advanced proficiency in TypeScript, React, and NestJS.
- Hands-on experience with GraphQL, Jest, Cypress, and test automation.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to engage effectively across teams.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); proficiency in Swedish is an advantage.
- Valid work permit for Sweden (if non-EU citizen)
