Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Industrialization Project Manager to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Design, communicate, and implement operational plans for manufacturing and industrialization projects.
• Prepare project controls, specifications, schedules, and cost estimates for production, installation, and testing of new infrastructure, facilities, and equipment.
• Monitor progress and performance against project plans and take action to resolve issues and minimize delays.
• Identify, develop, and coordinate necessary resources to ensure project delivery.
• Prepare engineering standards, design documentation, and work specifications as required.
• Support development of project schedules, budgets, and forecasts.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including contractors and project staff.

What you bring:

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in industrialization or manufacturing project management.
• Practical knowledge of project planning and execution within an engineering or production environment.
• Ability to work independently under general supervision.
• Strong problem-solving skills for moderately complex issues.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to influence others through facts, policies, and best practices.
• A proactive and structured working style with strong attention to detail.
