Senior Project Administrator - 14353

Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Project Administrator to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Provide administrative and coordination support to the Project Manager and project team to ensure efficient and well-organized project delivery.
Manage meeting administration, including scheduling, preparing agendas and materials, documenting minutes, and tracking action items.
Handle document management and maintain structured, accessible project documentation.
Support the Project Manager in monitoring schedules, resources, budgets, and invoice handling.
Assist workstream leads with templates, presentations, training materials, and other project-related documentation.
Administer internal and external communication to ensure timely and accurate information flows across stakeholders.

What you bring:

Strong organizational skills with a structured and detail-oriented working style.
Excellent administrative capabilities and a proactive, service-minded approach.
Ability to work independently and take initiative.
Experience working in regulatory-driven projects.
Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, the Office suite, and common project management tools.
Knowledge of Solvency II and/or IRRD (or alternatively BRRD) is an advantage.
Fluency in Swedish and English
