Job Description

Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Technical writer to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Create clear, standardized diagnostic-related service information that supports workshops in troubleshooting, calibrating, and repairing vehicles
Develop high-quality content including fault code descriptions, step-by-step diagnostic and calibration guides, component information, UI texts, technical illustrations, and function descriptions
Ensure all content is fully integrated into the company’s diagnostic systems and tools
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and work with platforms such as OAS, Catalyst, production and diagnostic environments, and GitLab
Maintain consistency, accuracy, and alignment with established guidelines, processes, and technical standards

What you bring:

Relevant education or professional experience in Technical Communication, Technical Writing, Information Technology, or related disciplines
Strong technical aptitude and a genuine interest in vehicles and diagnostics
Experience or understanding of AI-supported technical writing (meriting)
Skills in UX or front-end development (meriting)
Fluent in English and Swedish.
