Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Delivery Manager to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Lead and coordinate end-to-end delivery across cross-functional teams, ensuring clear plans, aligned resources, and controlled timelines
- Manage delivery milestones, dependencies, risks, and quality with full transparency
- Establish and drive structured delivery governance, communication routines, reporting, and stakeholder alignment
- Ensure delivery adheres to GxP standards, compliance requirements, and organizational quality frameworks
- Foster accountability, predictability, and continuous improvement throughout the delivery lifecycle
- Support post-delivery activities including follow-up, learning cycles, and operational handover
- Contribute to the evolution of delivery frameworks, standards, and tooling within wider transformation initiatives
What you bring:
- Minimum 5 years of experience leading delivery or program execution in GxP-regulated environments such as MedTech, Pharma, Life Sciences, or related domains
- Proven background in software or digital product development
- Demonstrated success navigating complex enterprise or global organizational structures
- Strong knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies such as Scrum, SAFe, or Lean
- Experience working within formal quality, compliance, and audit-driven processes
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and risk management skills
- Ability to lead delivery in fast-changing, ambiguous environments with discipline and structure
- High attention to detail, structured thinking, and proactive planning capabilities
- Experience collaborating across multi-disciplinary technical teams
- Customer-focused mindset with a drive for continuous improvement and operational excellence
