Senior Expediter - 14475

Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Expediter to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Monitor, track, and follow up on supplier progress for two ongoing Oil & Gas projects within Europe.
Conduct regular supplier visits to ensure timely delivery and adherence to project requirements.
Identify delays, risks, or deviations and take corrective actions in collaboration with suppliers and the project team.
Prepare clear status updates and progress reports for internal stakeholders.
Coordinate closely with the assigned experienced expediter during onboarding to ensure effective workload sharing.
Support project execution by ensuring materials and equipment are delivered in accordance with schedule, quality standards, and contractual obligations.
Engage with suppliers to resolve issues related to fabrication, documentation, or delivery timelines.

What you bring:

Minimum 10 years of experience in quality or engineering roles within the Oil & Gas industry.
Strong background in expediting and inspection of equipment under fabrication, including process equipment, materials, welding, and/or electrical installations.
Proven ability to work independently with European suppliers and travel as required.
Proficiency in English, with strong communication and reporting skills.
