Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager – Factory Relocation & Production Transition to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Lead and coordinate the entire factory relocation from initial planning to successful implementation.
Ensure that all cleanliness requirements and GMP standards are fully met throughout the transition.
Optimise production layout and operational flows in the new facility, securing efficiency and compliance.
Collaborate closely with production, quality, logistics and external suppliers to ensure a smooth and controlled move.
Drive decision-making, manage risks and act proactively in a complex and changing environment.
Provide structured leadership and maintain clear communication across all involved stakeholders.

What you bring:

Proven experience in project management within production environments or the pharmaceutical industry.
Strong knowledge of GMP, cleanliness requirements and regulated production settings.
Ability to lead change, make decisions confidently and maintain structure under shifting conditions.
Excellent communication skills and experience working cross-functionally with multiple teams and suppliers.
Experience with manual assembly and smaller-scale production environments is an advantage
Fluent in English and Swedish.
