Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Linux Software Developer to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Drive core software development initiatives with a strong focus on modern engineering practices.
- Contribute to the design, development, and optimization of C++-based solutions.
- Work within Linux Yocto environments, including kernel builds and customization.
- Develop and maintain shell scripts, bash utilities, and Makefiles to support build and deployment workflows.
- Collaborate on cloud-related development using Docker, Kubernetes, and microservices technologies.
- Work effectively in Agile teams and maintain high communication standards in English.
- Engage in code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and performance.
- Troubleshoot complex issues and provide innovative, scalable technical solutions.
What you bring:
- Minimum 6 years of work experience, including at least 3 years of hands-on C++ development.
- Strong knowledge of Linux Yocto, preferably including kernel build experience.
- Proficiency in shell scripting, bash, and Makefile creation.
- Experience with cloud technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, and microservices.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
- Solid experience working in Agile environments.
- Experience with continuous integration tools such as Git, Gerrit, and Jenkins.
- Skills in additional programming languages such as Python or React.
- Experience in embedded systems development, preferably within the telecom domain.
- Ability to perform thorough code reviews and uphold high coding standards.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a track record of contributing innovative technical solutions
