Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Enterprise Architect to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Shaping the future IT landscape by defining and evolving a scalable, sustainable enterprise architecture that supports digitalization, data-driven operations and AI-enabled capabilities
- Developing architectural visions, principles and guidelines, and identifying gaps between the current state and future target architecture
- Coordinating products, platforms, integrations and master data across a complex and broad IT environment
- Designing principles for process clustering, integration patterns and end-to-end flows
- Supporting development teams with architectural guidance on event-driven designs, API strategies, automation and related technical decisions
- Contributing architectural understanding of how AI can be embedded in future ecosystems for automation, decision support and observability
- Working closely with development teams, product owners and domain architects to secure alignment with the architectural vision
- Leading technical discussions, clarifying complex decisions and following up on implementations to ensure compliance with architectural direction
- Acting as an operational architect actively engaged in daily work while balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution
What you bring:
- Extensive experience in Enterprise Architecture within large and complex organizations
- Proven ability to define future IT landscapes and target architectures
- Strong knowledge of process clustering, integration architecture and end-to-end design
- Fundamental understanding of AI technologies and their use within IT architecture
- Operational mindset with experience converting strategy into actionable and delivered outcomes
- Experience working cross-functionally across multiple domains and technology stacks
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to align stakeholders and unify organizations around a common direction
- Strong drive and coordination skills, with the ability to both analyze and deliver
- Structured and strategic approach combined with pragmatic problem-solving when required
- Confidence in decision-making, leadership in technical dialogues and the ability to collaborate closely with teams in daily operations
- Fluent in English and Swedish.
