Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Play a key role in a large transformation initiative focused on developing next-generation payment solutions.
• Work cross-functionally to collect, analyze and define requirements in close collaboration with stakeholders across the organization.
• Lead the planning, coordination and facilitation of refinement activities to ensure clarity and alignment.
• Translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements, ensuring that scope and expectations are anchored with the right stakeholders.
• Collaborate continuously with business representatives, product management, architects, development teams, operations and QA to drive progress and ensure shared understanding.
• Manage your work with a high degree of independence while contributing actively within a supportive unit that works towards common goals.
• Support decision-making by providing structured analysis, identifying dependencies and highlighting risks or gaps in requirements.

What you bring:

• At least 15 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT, preferably in agile environments, with strong skills in structured requirements documentation.
• A highly driven approach, ideally complemented by experience in project management.
• A solid technical background, including technical training and hands-on experience as a developer or tester.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives or projects in parallel and to navigate complex system landscapes or large-scale delivery environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, combined with a structured working style and excellent attention to detail.
• Demonstrated experience in cross-team coordination and effective stakeholder communication at different organizational levels.
• A proactive, pragmatic and adaptable mindset, with the ability to define and structure work even when inputs are unclear.
• Experience conducting requirement-gathering activities such as workshops and interviews directly with stakeholders.
• Documented experience working closely with development teams, particularly backend developers and testers.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Swedish is an advantage
