Job Description

Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Functional Safety / System Design Engineer to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

  • Define and document functional safety requirements in accordance with ISO 26262.
  • Perform FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) and FTA (Fault Tree Analysis) and prepare detailed reports.
  • Allocate requirements within the software architecture and maintain full traceability.
  • Prepare and maintain the Safety Case, ensuring completeness and compliance with functional safety standards.
  • Collaborate closely with architects, product owners, and test engineers to ensure safety goals are achieved.
  • Work in a small agile team, following customer processes and templates, delivering high-quality documentation and verification results.

What you bring:

  • Strong knowledge and practical experience in Functional Safety (ISO 26262).
  • System design experience with tools such as SystemWeaver for requirements and architecture management.
  • Strong analytical and documentation skills.
  • Previous experience in ScM is meritorious.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within an agile team environment.
