Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior IT Solution Engineer to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Interface with customers to understand business needs and translate them into effective technical solutions.
• Deliver robust solutions that support business requirements using .NET, React, TypeScript, COTS products, and other platforms.
• Lead the technical delivery, ensuring high-quality implementation from end to end, including development work.
• Drive the North Star Review process, maintain Life Cycle Management, and propose improvements to existing solutions.
• Provide clear functional and non-functional requirements and detailed specifications for proposed solutions.
• Collaborate closely with product teams to ensure digital products and solutions are available, stable, and aligned with business expectations.
• Ensure solution compliance with architecture guidelines, development standards, and quality requirements.
• Identify and propose technical enhancements, new features, and improvements based on business and product needs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues together with business stakeholders.
• Analyze existing technologies, perform technical research, evaluate best practices, and develop prototypes and proof-of-concepts.
• Document and monitor requirements for updates, including legal, compliance, customer experience, and operational needs.
• Work within the Köping Digital Factory team, collaborating with software engineers, architects, product owners, and the scrum master to support digitalization of the factory and gradual decommissioning of legacy systems.

What you bring:

• Strong fullstack development experience within .NET and working knowledge of React and TypeScript.
• Ability to manage all aspects of DevSecOps, including coding, CI/CD, and Git/GitHub workflows.
• Proven experience as a Tech Lead, driving solution delivery and technical decision-making.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in IT solution development.
• Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices.
• Good knowledge of modern software architectures and scalable solution design.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a structured, delivery-focused mindset.
• Advanced proficiency in English, both written and spoken
