Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Solution Architect to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Define and design the architecture for a segment of applications/services within the aftermarket operation, ensuring maximal business value from IT investments.
- Act as a holistic yet detail-oriented solution/segment architect with ownership for a sub-domain in aftermarket operations.
- Work closely with product development teams and the Enterprise Architect to align with strategic direction, established principles, and enterprise standards.
- Lead and deliver missions across Integration Architecture, Software Architecture, and Advanced Analytics/AI Architecture to enable scalable, maintainable solutions.
- Plan, develop, deploy, and maintain business-driven solutions end-to-end, translating business needs into robust architectural outcomes.
- Drive architecture decisions and governance through active collaboration, clear documentation, and consistent adherence to guidelines and standards.
- Take functional leadership roles within Architecture, steering cross-team coordination and ensuring coherent solution delivery.
What you bring:
- Proven experience defining and designing architecture for application/service segments in complex, business-critical environments (preferably aftermarket or comparable operational domains).
- Strong competence across integration architecture, software architecture, and advanced analytics/AI architecture, with the ability to connect these streams into one coherent target state.
- Demonstrated ability to work hand-in-hand with product development teams while aligning to enterprise architecture direction and standards.
- Track record of leading planning, delivery, and maintenance of solutions with clear ownership and strong execution discipline.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including the ability to influence, align expectations, and build trust across technical and business audiences.
