Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Mechanical Development Engineer – Piping & Systems Design to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Design pipe systems and produce manufacturing data in NX, including all required technical documentation.
- Contribute to development and maintenance activities related to product standards, technical solutions, and functional requirements, ensuring cost-effective and quality-assured outcomes.
- Collaborate with procurement and sub-suppliers to develop robust technical solutions, resolve generic issues, perform root-cause analyses, and finalize or update documentation.
- Handle installation-related questions within order projects using the 3D tool NX.
- Work with the project team to ensure design activities are completed according to schedule.
- Create, review, and update investigations and documentation within your technical domain.
- Build and maintain a broad network across the organization, collaborating closely with customer order and sales departments within your technical area.
What you bring:
- MSc or BSc in Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent knowledge/experience.
- Solid understanding of norms and standards relevant to process and mechanical engineering, including PED and ASME.
- Experience in pipe design and piping stress calculations (meritorious).
- Experience in system design and P&ID.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Swedish.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, multicultural environment with frequent challenges.

- Excellent teamwork abilities combined with a structured, proactive approach.
- Strong sense of ownership, with the ability to take initiative, prioritize effectively, and deliver high-quality work
